Hi, I'm Mia.
I created Premed with Mia because I know firsthand how overwhelming the premed journey can feel. Between studying for the MCAT, managing clinical hours, working full-time in cancer research, and applying to medical school, I was constantly searching for systems that would keep me organized and reduce the stress.
When I couldn't find exactly what I needed, I started building my own templates, trackers, and study resources. What began as tools for myself quickly became resources I wanted to share with other students navigating the same path.
My goal is simple: to make the medical school journey feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable. you’re brushing up on skills or starting from scratch, we’re here to help. Together, we’ll turn big goals into manageable steps so you can share that "aha!" moment and move forward with confidence.
Why Premed with Mia?
Premed can feel overwhelming—but it doesn't have to.
Between the MCAT, extracurriculars, clinical hours, research, and medical school applications, there are a lot of moving pieces. I created Premed with Mia to simplify the process with practical tools, organized templates, and honest advice from someone currently navigating the same journey.
